# The "Shanghai-Shenzhen Express" inter-airline transfer service is officially launched

Starting from September 19, the voluntary transfer service for domestic express routes between Shenzhen Bao'an Airport and Shanghai Hongqiao Airport across airlines has officially launched, further optimizing the air travel experience. This "Shenzhen-Shanghai Express" cross-airline transfer service is jointly launched by Shenzhen Bao'an Airport, Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, and four airlines: China Eastern Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Shenzhen Airlines, and Juneyao Airlines. Passengers traveling in economy class with a fare of 60% or more off on round-trip flights between Shenzhen Bao'an and Shanghai Hongqiao operated by China Eastern, China Southern, Shenzhen Airlines, or Juneyao Airlines can transfer to other flights of the same route operated by different airlines within 4 hours before or after the original flight departure time without a change fee. Passengers with fares of 80% or more off can also enjoy the benefit of no fare difference payment, truly achieving "come and go as you please." Passengers without checked baggage or who have not checked in baggage can handle the cross-airline voluntary transfer at the manual counter outside the isolation area of the airport on the day of the original flight before the flight departure.
