The chairman of the supervisory board of Xizang Mineral has resigned due to retirement and will serve until the amendment of the articles of association is completed

On September 19, 2025, Xizang Mineral announced that it recently received a written resignation letter from the chairman of the supervisory board, Laba Jiangcun. Due to reaching the statutory retirement age, he applied to resign from his position as a supervisor of the company's eighth supervisory board and as the chairman of the supervisory board. After his resignation, he will not hold any positions in the company or its holding subsidiaries. Since his resignation will result in the supervisory board having fewer members than the statutory minimum, he will continue to perform his duties until the company completes the revision of the Articles of Association, and the board of directors' audit committee exercises the powers of the supervisory board
