Grand Sunergy Tech: Received the Administrative Supervision Measures Decision from the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau

On September 19, Grand Sunergy Tech announced that on September 19, 2025, it received a notice from the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau regarding the decision to take corrective measures against Grand Sunergy Tech Co., Ltd., Hui Quanfu, Wu Jun, Gao Fei, Yao Qi, and Zhang Yongsheng. After investigation, it was found that the company had inaccuracies in the recognition of revenue costs from its landscaping business in previous years. The company failed to timely change accounting estimates and adjust related revenue and cost recognition upon learning of part or all of the changes in estimated total costs, resulting in inaccurate information disclosure in the 2022 annual report, the 2023 semi-annual report, and the 2023 annual report.
