Fenglong: Two shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by 6.5551 million shares
Fenglong announced that two shareholders, Dong Jian Gang and the concerted party Ningbo Fengchi Investment Co., Ltd., plan to reduce their holdings in the company from October 21, 2025, to January 20, 2026, by a total of no more than 6.5551 million shares, accounting for 3.0000% of the company's total share capital. Among them, Dong Jian Gang intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 2.7536 million shares through block trading, accounting for 1.2602%; Ningbo Fengchi Investment Co., Ltd. plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2.185 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 1.0000%, and by no more than 1.6165 million shares through block trading, accounting for 0.7398%
