According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Monalisa announced that one of its actual controllers, Mr. Zhang Qikang, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares directly held by him by no more than 1.5 million shares, accounting for 0.37% of the company's total share capital, within three months after the disclosure of the reduction announcement (from October 21, 2025, to January 20, 2026) through centralized bidding or block trading
