Recently, KYLAND and Hygon Information Technology jointly launched the new generation NewPre 310XC series intelligent controllers. This is not only a milestone in domestic substitution but also a strategic support for the safety of China's semiconductor industry chain. The new product has multiple capabilities including PLC, motion control, machine vision, and industrial AI, meeting the stringent working conditions and high reliability requirements of semiconductor equipment.
