# CBMT: Plans to increase capital by 10.2 million yuan to its holding subsidiary

Changbai Mountain announced that the company and its controlling shareholder, Changbai Mountain Group, will jointly increase capital by 20 million yuan according to their subscribed shareholding ratio, of which the company will increase capital by 10.2 million yuan to Enduri Business Management Company, and Changbai Mountain Group will increase capital by 9.8 million yuan. After the capital increase, the shareholding ratio of both parties remains unchanged. The capital increase is mainly used for project supervision and intermediary services, maintenance and outdoor engineering, installation of elevators and procurement of kitchen equipment, addition of cold storage, expansion of store and outdoor area, etc. This capital increase is beneficial for the quality upgrade and market competitiveness of the catering format of Enduri Business Management Company
