# INVENTRONICS controlling person GUICHAO HUA plans to reduce holdings of no more than 8.4206 million shares

According to the announcement from Inventronics (300582.SZ), Mr. Guichao Hua, the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman, plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 8.42057 million shares (accounting for no more than 2.82% of the company's total share capital, and no more than 2.89% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the company's repurchase special securities account) through centralized bidding and block trading from October 22, 2025, to January 21, 2026
