According to the Zhitong Finance APP, RIZHAO PORT (600017.SH) announced that Shandong Energy intends to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 92.2696 million shares (not exceeding 3% of the company's total share capital) through block trading and centralized bidding within three months after the announcement date of the reduction
