# BGI Genomics: Shareholding ratio passively diluted to 31.3223%

BGI Genomics announced that the information disclosure obligor BGI Holdings and its concerted parties BGI San Sheng Yuan and Wang Jian collectively hold 131 million shares of the company, accounting for 31.3223% of the company's total share capital. This change in equity is due to the company's issuance of shares to specific objects and the completion of the second category of restricted stock vesting registration under the 2022 restricted stock incentive plan, which resulted in the passive dilution of the shareholding ratio of the information disclosure obligor. The information disclosure obligor does not have any clear plans, agreements, or arrangements to increase or decrease its equity in the listed company within the next 12 months
