# Yunnan Tourism (002059.SZ): The cooperation between its wholly-owned subsidiary and the Zhejiang Humanoid Robot Innovation Center is still in the preliminary stage

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Yunnan Tourism (002059.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town Cultural Tourism Technology Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Cultural Tourism Technology") has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhejiang Humanoid Robot Innovation Center Co., Ltd., aiming to promote the application of robot products in cultural tourism scenarios. However, the company currently does not have the capability for robot complete machine design or production.

The cooperation between the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Cultural Tourism Technology and Zhejiang Humanoid Robot Innovation Center Co., Ltd. is still in the preliminary stage, and this matter is expected to have no significant impact on the company's current profit and loss, with uncertainty regarding the smooth advancement in the later stages
