# Hoshion plans to grant 2.16 million stock options and 1.44 million restricted shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Hoshion (002824.SZ) announced that the company plans to grant 2.16 million stock options (with an initial grant of 1.836 million shares) and 1.44 million restricted stocks (with an initial grant of 1.224 million shares). The exercise price for the initially granted stock options is RMB 15.10 per share, and the grant price for the initially granted restricted stocks is RMB 11.32 per share. The initial grant of incentive targets includes a total of 239 middle management and core technical (business) personnel from the company (including subsidiaries).

The validity period of this stock option incentive plan is from the date of completion of the initial grant registration of stock options until all stock options granted to the incentive targets are exercised or canceled, not exceeding 48 months; the validity period of the restricted stock incentive plan is from the date of completion of the initial grant registration of restricted stocks until all restricted stocks granted to the incentive targets are fully released from restrictions or repurchased and canceled, not exceeding 48 months
