# HANMA TECHNOLOGY disclosed the progress of the restructuring plan and share transfer

HANMA TECHNOLOGY announced the progress of the share transfer involved in the reorganization plan. On December 11, 2024, the Ma'anshan Intermediate People's Court ruled to approve the company's reorganization plan, based on a total share capital of 654,314,844 shares, with every 10 shares increasing by 14.5 shares, totaling an increase of 948,756,523 shares. Among them, 515,385,607 shares are used to introduce reorganization investors, which have all been transferred; 433,370,916 shares are used to repay debts, of which 366,413,665 shares have been transferred so far. Recently, the company applied to transfer 23,963,600 shares from the special account for the disposal of bankrupt enterprise assets to offset debts. After completion, the remaining shares in that account will be 66,957,251. The company reminds investors to pay attention to information from designated channels and to invest rationally
