Chief Information Officer requires a background in information technology-related fields, relevant work experience, and capability in performing duties, with more than ten years engaged in information technology-related work. Preference will be given to those who have served as heads of business departments in financial enterprises (including acting positions).
Board Secretary requires the necessary financial, management, legal, and other professional knowledge to perform duties. Preference will be given to those who have served as heads of corporate boards, supervisory boards, or offices (including acting positions), heads of business departments in financial enterprises (including acting positions), and securities affairs representatives.
