Shaanxi Natural Gas: Shaanxi Gas Group plans to transfer 13% of its shares through an agreement

Shaanxi Natural Gas announced that on August 18, 2025, Shaanxi Gas Group signed a Share Transfer Agreement with China Communications Capital and Huitong Capital, intending to transfer 77.8453 million shares to China Communications Capital, accounting for 7% of the total shares of the company; and to transfer 66.7245 million shares to Huitong Capital, accounting for 6% of the total shares of the company. After the transaction is completed, Shaanxi Gas Group's shareholding ratio will decrease from 64.43% to 51.43%. This equity change has been approved by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government
