GloryView announced that shareholder, director, and deputy general manager Xu Chi, who holds more than 5% of the shares, has reduced his holdings by 257,300 shares through centralized bidding on September 24, 2025, accounting for 0.1676% of the company's total share capital. After this reduction, Xu Chi's holdings decreased from 7,933,200 shares, accounting for 5.16759%, to 7,675,900 shares, accounting for 4.99999%, with the shareholding ratio falling below 5% and reaching an integer multiple of 1%
