Shanghai HYP-ARCH Architectural Design Co., Ltd. recently announced that it has completed the cancellation procedures for part of the special account for the funds raised from its initial public offering. In 2021, the company issued 10.6 million A-shares, raising a net amount of 462 million yuan. The company strictly stores, uses, and manages funds in accordance with regulations. In 2025, the relevant meeting agreed to conclude the "New Construction and Upgrade Project of Design Service Network," which will permanently supplement working capital with a surplus of 8.3042 million yuan. The transfer of funds and account cancellation have been completed, and the relevant regulatory agreements have been terminated accordingly
