DELONG CO-ENERGY released a guarantee progress announcement. The company provided guarantees of 30 million and 9.9 million respectively for its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Shangrao Gas and Jingneng Pipeline, with a guarantee period of three years. This guarantee falls within the expected guarantee limit for the year 2025 and has been approved by the management. Shangrao Gas and Jingneng Pipeline are not dishonest executors and have good financial conditions. The board of directors believes that the guarantee meets the funding needs of the subsidiaries and the risks are controllable. After this guarantee, the company and its holding subsidiaries have cumulatively used external guarantee limits of 330.99 million yuan, accounting for 39.00% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue or litigation-related guarantee matters
