Lotus: The industrial fund established for investment has completed fund registration

Lotus Holdings announced that the Jiaxing Lianhua Dongzheng Huaze Equity Investment Partnership, jointly established with Shanghai Dongfang Securities Capital Investment Co., Ltd., has completed fund registration. The total scale of the industrial fund is 500 million yuan, of which the company's subscribed capital contribution is 350 million yuan, accounting for 70.00% of the total contribution. As of now, the company has actually made the first phase contribution of 7 million yuan according to its contribution ratio, while Dongzheng Capital has made a first phase contribution of 3 million yuan, totaling 10 million yuan. The industrial fund completed its business registration and obtained the "Business License" on September 2, 2025
