# MAXVISION shareholders Intelligent Person and Cloud Wisdom plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3% of shares

According to the announcement from ZHONGTONG Finance APP, MAXVISION (002990.SZ) announced that its shareholders, Zhoushan Intelligent People Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Intelligent People," the company's employee stock ownership platform) and Zhoushan Cloud Wisdom Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Cloud Wisdom," the company's employee stock ownership platform), plan to reduce their holdings of no more than 7.8383 million shares of the company (i.e., a total reduction of no more than 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, depending on market conditions
