# Forms Syntron: Yiqun Holdings reduced its stake by 2.25% and completed the transaction

Forms Syntron announced that its controlling shareholder, Yiqun Holdings, reduced its holdings in the company by a total of 11,939,400 shares through centralized bidding and block trading from September 3 to September 24, 2025, accounting for 2.25% of the total share capital. The reduction was made in 5 transactions: 2.2 million shares at 41.27 yuan/share, 3.1064 million shares at 40.98 yuan/share, 408,000 shares at 37.2 yuan/share, 235,000 shares at 36.86 yuan/share, and 5.99 million shares at 30.36 yuan/share; after the reduction, the remaining shares held are 107 million shares, with a holding ratio of 20.18%. The reduction plan has been completed
