# Director Ji Weiyi of Changchun Gas resigns due to work adjustment

On September 25, 2025, the board of directors of Changchun Gas Co., Ltd. received a written resignation letter from director Ji Weiyi. Due to work adjustments, Ji Weiyi resigned from the position of non-independent director of the company's ninth board of directors and as a member of the board's strategic committee. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company. His resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors and will not result in the number of board members falling below the legal minimum, nor will it affect the normal operation of the board and the company's regular business. The company will complete the director's supplementary election as soon as possible in accordance with regulations.
