Chen Jianjiang resigned from his positions as a director of the eighth board of directors, general manager, and member of the board's strategic committee due to work adjustments. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries, and he does not hold any shares in the company, nor does he have any unfulfilled commitments. His original term was set to end on December 10, 2026. Chen Jianjiang's resignation will take effect upon delivery and will not affect the normal operation of the board of directors or the company's business development.
