The pledge start date is September 25, 2025, and the pledgee is Ningbo Bank Co., Ltd. Shaoxing Branch, with the purpose of supplementing working capital. As of the announcement date, Shangfeng Holding and its concerted parties hold 321,479,293 shares, accounting for 33.16%.
