# Visionox plans to introduce Gongrong Jintou No. 2 (Suzhou) for capital increase and implement market-oriented debt-to-equity swaps for Guoxian Optoelectronics

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Visionox (002387.SZ) announced that its controlling company, Kunshan Guoxian Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guoxian Optoelectronics"), plans to introduce Gongrong Jintou No. 2 (Suzhou) Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) for cash capital increase and implement market-oriented debt-to-equity swaps, with the initial capital increase amounting to 500 million yuan. Based on the actual capital increase situation of the special fund, the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangsu Visionox, will forgo a portion of the preferred subscription amount totaling approximately 274 million yuan
