Kaiwen Education plans to invest 32.5 million yuan to participate in the establishment of a joint venture, Beijing Zhiqi Wenhua

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Kaiwen Education (002659.SZ) announced that the company has decided to jointly invest with Beijing Zhipu Huazhang Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhipu Huazhang") and Beijing Hongzhi Ruishi Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) (an employee stock ownership platform, referred to as "Hongzhi Ruishi") to establish Beijing Zhiqi Wenhua Education Technology Co., Ltd. (tentative name). The registered capital of the joint venture is 50 million yuan, of which the company contributes 32.5 million yuan in cash, accounting for 65%; Zhipu Huazhang contributes 10 million yuan in cash, accounting for 20%; and Hongzhi Ruishi contributes 7.5 million yuan in cash, accounting for 15%.

The main business of the joint venture is to develop and operate AI intelligent products, providing customers with products and solutions in the field of AI intelligent modern education and learning. It will offer an education industry multi-disciplinary and multi-module application platform product and operational services based on the educational resources and data of Haidian District, Beijing, relying on the Zhipu foundational platform and large model. The establishment of this joint venture aims to fully integrate the resource advantages of all parties to achieve AI intelligence in the field of modern education and learning, relying on the Zhipu large model to develop and operate AI intelligent products, thereby providing customers with teaching assistant, learning assistance, and management assistance products and solutions
