# HLA GROUP plans to issue H shares and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HLA GROUP (600398.SH) announced that in order to deepen the company's global strategic layout, accelerate the development of overseas business, enhance the company's international brand image, and create a diversified capital operation platform to further strengthen the company's capital strength and support high-quality development, the company plans to issue H shares and list them on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (referred to as "Hong Kong Stock Exchange").

The company held the 16th meeting of the 9th Board of Directors on September 25, 2025, where it reviewed and approved the proposals regarding the issuance of H shares and the listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company will fully consider the interests of existing shareholders and the conditions of domestic and foreign capital markets, and will choose an appropriate timing and issuance window to complete this issuance and listing within the validity period of the shareholders' meeting resolution (i.e., 24 months from the date of approval by the company's shareholders' meeting or other agreed extended periods)
