# ASEM plans to launch an employee stock ownership plan in 2025

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ASEM (688720.SH) disclosed the draft of the employee stock ownership plan for 2025, with a total number of participants not exceeding 56 at the initial establishment. The total amount of funds to be raised for the employee stock ownership plan is not expected to exceed 7.926 million yuan. The source of the stocks for the employee stock ownership plan will be the company's repurchased A-share common stock from the dedicated securities account, totaling no more than 300,000 shares, accounting for approximately 0.34% of the company's existing total equity. The purchase price for the repurchased stocks in the employee stock ownership plan is 26.42 yuan per share
