EASTCOM plans to sell no more than 2.911 million shares of EverProX stock
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, EASTCOM announced that the company agrees to authorize its management to sell part of the stock assets of EverProX (referred to as "EverProX") through centralized bidding within 12 months after the board of directors' approval, depending on the conditions of the securities market. As of now, EASTCOM holds 5.742 million shares of EverProX, and the company plans to sell no more than 2.911 million shares of EverProX
