# EASTCOM plans to sell no more than 2.911 million shares of EverProX stock

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, EASTCOM (600776.SH) has agreed to authorize the company's management to sell part of the stock assets of EverProX within 12 months after the board of directors' approval, based on the conditions of the securities market and through centralized bidding. As of now, EASTCOM holds 5.742 million shares of EverProX, and the company plans to sell no more than 2.911 million shares of EverProX
