# Two executives of CLS resigned for personal reasons and will no longer hold any positions in the company

On September 27, 2025, CLS announced that the company's board of directors recently received written resignation reports from Mr. Lu Xiaofang and Ms. Xie Yingming. The two applied to resign from their positions as members of the company's executive committee for personal reasons, and after their resignation, they will no longer hold any positions in the company or its holding subsidiaries. As of the announcement date, neither of them held any shares in the company, and it has been confirmed that there are no disagreements with the company's board of directors, nor are there any other matters related to their resignation that need to be communicated to shareholders.
