The related research was recently published in Nature - Chemical Engineering. It is reported that in recent years, aZIF films have been used as advanced photoresists. Achieving large-area and high-precision controllable preparation of aZIF films is of great significance for advanced photolithography processes in related fields. Based on the previous strategy of preparing aZIF films using ultra-dilute precursor solution-enabled chemical liquid phase deposition, the research team proposed a new method for preparing aZIF films. According to the company's business operations and its disclosures on the investor relations interaction platform, there are 20 companies in the A-share market engaged in the semiconductor photoresist business, including Shanghai Sinyang, NATA OPTO-ELECT, and FPI. Among these companies, there are both upstream and downstream companies in the semiconductor industry chain, as well as subsidiaries or affiliated companies involved in the semiconductor photoresist business ### Related Stocks - [300203.CN](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/300203.CN.md) - [300236.CN](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/300236.CN.md) - [300346.CN](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/300346.CN.md) - [SOXL.US](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/SOXL.US.md) ## Related News & Research - [Negative Link Announces Global Expansion and Next Phase of Growth](https://longbridge.com/en/news/296644416.md) - [Brazil launches AI supercomputer push, splits projects between Chinese, US firms](https://longbridge.com/en/news/296536355.md) - [14:41 ETNine Corboy & Demetrio Attorneys selected to 2027 The Best Lawyers in America®](https://longbridge.com/en/news/296644470.md) - [JDC: Record growth in turnover and EBITDA, with strong outlook driven by new regulation and AI](https://longbridge.com/en/news/296247395.md) - [Nvidia Stock (NVDA) Ditched By Retail Investors Ahead of Q2 Earnings](https://longbridge.com/en/news/296609730.md) --- > **Disclaimer: This article is for reference only and does not constitute any investment advice.**
