According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Yangtze Communication (600345.SH) announced that its shareholder Wuhan Jin Kong Group intends to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3.2961 million shares through centralized bidding trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, accounting for no more than 1% of the company's total share capital
