According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZHIGUANG (002169.SZ) announced that the company is planning to acquire all or part of the minority equity of its holding subsidiary Guangzhou ZHIGUANG Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "ZHIGUANG Energy Storage") through the issuance of shares and cash payment. At the same time, the company intends to issue shares to raise matching funds. The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting September 29, 2025 (Monday), with an expected continuous suspension period not exceeding 10 trading days
