Closing Review: The ChiNext Index opened high and rose significantly by 2.74%, with the securities sector strengthening considerably in the afternoon
The three major A-share indices collectively rose today. By the close, the Shanghai Composite Index was up 0.9%, the Shenzhen Component Index rose 2.05%, the ChiNext Index increased by 2.74%, and the Beijing Stock Exchange 50 was up 0.69%. The total trading volume in the Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing markets reached 2.1781 trillion yuan, an increase of 12 billion yuan compared to the previous day. Over 3,500 stocks in the market rose. In terms of sectors, securities, batteries, non-ferrous metals, steel, and PEEK materials concept stocks led the gains; education, pork, coal, and chemical pharmaceuticals sectors saw the largest declines. On the market, the securities sector strengthened significantly in the afternoon, with Huatai Securities, Guosheng Finance, and GF SEC hitting the daily limit. Dongfang Securities, Xiangcai Co., Ltd., and Soochow Securities saw significant gains. The gold and non-ferrous metals sectors performed strongly, with Wolong New Energy, Industrial Bank Silver Tin, and Shengda Resources hitting the daily limit. The solid-state battery and energy storage sectors exploded in the morning, with Wanrun New Energy, Fengshan Group, and Tianci Materials among over ten stocks hitting the daily limit. Additionally, humanoid robots, storage chips, real estate, and steel sectors all saw some gains during the session. On the other hand, the education sector fluctuated lower, with Kevin Education and China High-Tech hitting the daily limit down. Pork and food stocks also performed poorly, with Jingji Zhino, Aonong Biological, and Longda Food all declining
