# Ningbo BAMC: In 2023, some stock options in the incentive plan will have restrictions on exercise

Ningbo Bowei Alloy Materials Co., Ltd. issued a prompt announcement regarding the restriction on exercising stock options under the 2023 stock option and restricted stock incentive plan. The company, in accordance with relevant regulations and the disclosure plan of the third quarter report of 2025, has imposed restrictions on the exercise time of stock options that are in the self-exercise period. The second exercise period for the initially granted stock options and the first exercise period for the reserved stock options are currently in the exercise stage. The restriction period for exercising options is from October 22 to October 26, 2025, during which the relevant incentive recipients are restricted from exercising their options. The company will apply for relevant matters as required
