# AXNMC provides a guarantee of 60 million yuan for its holding subsidiary

On September 28, 2025, Anhui AXNMC Co., Ltd. signed a "Guarantee Contract" with the Wuhu Branch of Bank of Communications, providing a joint liability guarantee of up to 60 million yuan for its holding subsidiary, AXNMC Copper. The guarantee period is three years, with no counter-guarantee. As of the announcement date, AXNMC has guaranteed a balance of 1,430.26 million yuan for AXNMC Copper. AXNMC holds 80% of AXNMC Copper. This guarantee is to meet the business development needs of the subsidiary, with controllable risks. Currently, the total external guarantees of the company and its holding subsidiaries amount to 2,264.76 million yuan, accounting for 158.30% of the audited net assets for the fiscal year 2024, with no overdue guarantee matters. This guarantee matter has been reviewed and approved by the company's board of directors and shareholders' meeting
