Xiamen HON-Flex provides a guarantee of 32.8 million yuan for its subsidiary progress announcement

Recently, Xiamen HON-Flex Technology Group Co., Ltd. acted as a guarantor, providing joint liability guarantee for its holding subsidiary Sichuan Hongxin and Suihong Artificial Financing to Chengdu Bank and INDUSTRIAL BANK, with guarantee amounts of 22.8 million yuan and 10 million yuan, respectively. Hu Hongzhichuang provided proportional counter-guarantees for the aforementioned guarantees, but due to complicated procedures, it did not require the minority shareholder of Sichuan Hongxin, Linjiang International Port, to provide proportional counter-guarantees. As of the announcement disclosure date, the total external guarantee amount for which the company bears guarantee responsibility is 3,718.0925 million yuan, accounting for 322.92% of the audited net assets for the year 2024, with no overdue or litigation-related guarantee matters
