# Befar provides a joint liability guarantee of 100 million yuan for its subsidiary

Recently, Binhua Group Co., Ltd. signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with the Binhai Branch of CITIC Bank, providing a maximum joint liability guarantee of 100 million yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary Shandong Binhua Dongrui Chemical Co., Ltd. As of the announcement date, the actual guarantee balance is 499 million yuan, within the annual estimated guarantee limit. The total external guarantees of the company and its holding subsidiaries amount to 3.968 billion yuan, accounting for 34.85% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees. The subsidiary has good creditworthiness, and the guarantee risk is controllable. The board of directors believes that this guarantee poses no significant risk, agrees to guarantee within the limit, and will not adversely affect the company's operations and business development
