On September 29, YCNE announced a stock price fluctuation notice stating that on September 25, the company disclosed a "Notice on the Proposed Strategic Restructuring of the Controlling Shareholder." The Henan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government decided to implement a strategic restructuring of the company's controlling shareholder, China Pingmei Shenma Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Henan Energy Group Co., Ltd. This restructuring will not have a significant impact on the company's production and operation activities. The actual controller of the company is the Henan Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and there will be no change in the company's control.
