# CHJ's 2025 semi-annual equity distribution plan has been confirmed for implementation

Guangdong CHJ Industrial Co., Ltd. announced the distribution of equity for the first half of 2025. This plan has been approved by the second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025, with a total share capital of 888,512,707 shares, distributing 1.00 yuan in cash for every 10 shares. The equity registration date is October 14, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is October 15. The distribution object is all registered shareholders. The company entrusts the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited to distribute cash dividends to A-share shareholders, while some shareholders' cash dividends will be distributed by the company itself.
