Hubei Energy announced that the company has signed a "Deepening Cooperation Agreement" with the People's Government of Xiangyang City. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, it plans to invest 26.7 billion yuan in Xiangyang City to construct projects including the Nanzhang Zhangjiaping Pumped Storage Power Station project, the Yicheng Power Plant Phase II project, and the New Energy One Million Kilowatt Base project. The projects will optimize Xiangyang's power structure, enhance energy security capabilities, and promote high-quality development of the Xiangyang metropolitan area.
