# Huilong New Materials plans to launch a restricted stock incentive plan for 2.1 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Huilong New Materials (301057.SZ) disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, which proposes to grant a total of 2.1 million shares of the second type of restricted stock to the incentive recipients, accounting for approximately 1.80% of the company's total share capital at the time of the announcement of the plan. Among them, 1.79 million shares will be granted initially, with 310,000 shares reserved. The total number of incentive recipients for the initial grant of this incentive plan is 66, and the grant price of the restricted stock (including the reserved portion) for the incentive recipients is 11.70 yuan/share
