H&R announced that its shareholder Beijing Qingyou Ruihe Cultural Media Center, holding more than 5% of shares, has been subject to judicial enforcement, with a total of 9.6773 million shares enforced, accounting for 0.9865% of the company's total share capital. After this enforcement, Qingyou Ruihe holds a remaining 13.2585 million shares in the company, accounting for 1.3516% of the company's total share capital. Qingyou Ruihe and its concerted parties collectively hold 85.3367 million shares, accounting for 8.6991% of the company's total share capital
