Feng Xu resigned from the positions of vice chairman, deputy general manager, and financial head, and after resigning, he will continue to serve as the financial head of the ANNIL brand. Cao Zhang's resignation will result in the audit committee having fewer than three members, and he will continue to perform his duties until new directors are elected.
