# ANNIL: Appointed Yang Wentao as General Manager and Song Huanyang as Financial Responsible Person

ANNIL announced on the evening of September 29 that the company's board of directors recently received written resignation letters from Cao Zhang and Feng Xu. Due to work adjustments, Cao Zhang resigned from the positions of chairman and other roles, and after resigning, he will continue to serve as the general manager of the wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen ANNIL Brand Operation Co., Ltd. Feng Xu resigned from the positions of vice chairman, deputy general manager, and financial head, and after resigning, he will continue to serve as the financial head of the ANNIL brand. Cao Zhang's resignation will result in the audit committee having fewer than three members, and he will continue to perform his duties until new directors are elected. Feng Xu's resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors. The company's board of directors agreed to appoint Yang Wentao as the general manager and Song Huanyang as the financial head, with the terms of the above personnel starting from the date of approval by this board meeting until the end of the fourth board term
