SEMITRONIX: Plans to jointly establish a silicon photonics technology and measurement equipment research and development center with Zhejiang University

SEMITRONIX announced that the company plans to sign an agreement with Zhejiang University to establish the "Zhejiang University-SEMITRONIX Silicon Photonics Technology and Measurement Equipment Joint Research and Development Center," to jointly develop wafer-level silicon photonics testing equipment, solutions for improving the yield of silicon photonic devices, and efficient mass production optoelectronic monitoring solutions for silicon photonics, as well as to establish a talent introduction and training mechanism for deep integration and collaboration between the university and the enterprise. SEMITRONIX plans to invest no less than 15 million RMB in the center within three years.
