According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Senba (300701.SZ) stated that one of the actual controllers, Shanghai Tongyi Investment Management Co., Ltd. - Tongyi Kangteng No. 8 Private Securities Investment Fund ("Kangteng No. 8"), plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 3.0869 million shares, which is no more than 1.09% of the company's total share capital
