# FAWER: FAWER Intelligent plans to introduce strategic investors through a public listing method

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FAWER (000030.SZ) announced that in order to further improve the layout of the battery recycling industry chain, based on the existing battery cascade utilization, it will continue to expand the material recycling business, assisting FAWER Smart Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "FAWER Smart") in building a complete battery recycling ecological industry chain and achieving closed-loop development of the industry chain. The company agrees to allow FAWER Smart to introduce strategic investors through public listing, with an increase in capital amounting to 20 million yuan, and the capital increase share price will be determined based on the assessed value confirmed by the state-owned assets supervision and administration department. After the final investment party is determined, the company and FAWER Smart will sign a capital increase agreement and other related transaction documents with the investor
