Huangtai Wine announced that its controlling shareholder Gansu Shengda increased its holdings by 2.2819 million shares through centralized bidding on September 29, with an increase amount of 59.6 million yuan, raising the total number of shares held to 44.352 million, and the shareholding ratio reaching 25.00%, hitting the 5% integer multiple. Since April 8, Gansu Shengda has cumulatively increased its holdings by 4.056 million shares, accounting for 2.29% of the total share capital, and is still 400,000 yuan short of the 60 million yuan increase lower limit. Due to the equity change reaching 25%, the company will prepare a detailed equity change report as required
